If an item is missing a dimension in the Brickowl Catalog then the shipping cost is artificially raised to max. If you believe this has happened please ask for a quote and if possible mention the part you think is missing the dimension.
MY SHIPPING DETAILS
I am presently only using Royal Mail in the UK although as my store grows I will consider using a courier or two.
My dimensions are a little off from the Royal Mail sizes to allow for packing materials, and my prices include a small fee for materials costs. I do very rarely re-use some of my packaging although most are newly boxed so if this is a problem please let me know when paying.
Tracking numbers for signed for items will be given once posted and can be followed here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Options are limited to their postal compensation bands as well as size and weight. Under £20 for standard post and Under £50 for signed for. If the package hasn't arrived within 7 days of posting notification(UK) or 15 days (USA & EU) please let me know. You must wait a minimum of 15 working days (21 days) (UK) from posting to claim compensation and you must assist with the claim before I will refund your full payment. I always get a 'proof of posting' and will provide a scanned copy if requested (please allow 24 hours).
If you ask for a 'shipping quote' please allow some time for a reply as I have other work commitments and don't live on my email.
Minifigs will be sent unassembled and in individual poly bags.
Lego bricks will be seperatly in poly bags with separation of used and new items accordingly.
If you have any issues with the above please contact me prior to ordering especially if you need something urgently as I may not be able to ship it next day.
